Dream Escape explores ideas of surrealism to recontextualise the human form and offer a new perspective on the body and the way it interacts with its surroundings. Using a combination of still photography and photo-montage, familiar forms are melted into the unfamiliar – eyes glance at you from every angle, limbs twist and slump onto warm brick, and ghostly figures threaten to diffuse into thin air at any second (or envelop you until your breath is sticky and heavy). The figures from your dreams are starting to escape – will you hold them back, or will you let them see what reality is all about?
